Artist Statement

the Woodwright makes fine hand-made inlay boxes, filigree and carved pendants & lapel pins, delicate fretwork ornaments, and functional items highlighted with intricate filigree.

Our work is inspired by local tradition, natural themes and serendipity.

Each piece is hand finished to heirloom quality, using a clear uncolored finish to reflect the natural beauty of wood.

Pricing

Prices are Canadian $ (CAD).

Shipping is $12.00 per Order to Canada, and continental USA.

Ordering

On the web you can pay directly using PayPal.

By E-mail we can accept PayPal, Visa or MasterCard.

By Regular mail we will accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Order, or personal check.

If you pay by check or Money Order, please allow up to 4 extra weeks for your check to clear before your order is shipped.

We will do Lay-aways or Payment plans.

For orders between $60.00 and $150.00, a 30% deposit will reserve the order, with the balance paid in 1 or 2 additional payments at 2 week intervals.

For orders over $150, a $30.00 deposit will reserve the order, with the balance paid in $30.00 payments at 2 week intervals.

Orders ship after final payment clears.

Value of orders include shipping charged.

In case of cancellation, we will return any payments made minus any Paypal/other fees that have been incurred.

Refunds and Exchanges

Stock items may be returned for refund or exchange, less any shipping or unrecoverable Paypal, or other fees. Please notify us first.
Refunds will be issued once we have recieved the item(s) in good condition.

Some of our items are Personalised, and we regret there will be no refunds or exchanges for those.

A Note About Shipping

Unless otherwise arranged All orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited and insured.
Orders are processed the first business day after the order is recieved.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to reach you.

The Woodwright welcomes Custom Orders, special requests, variations on stock items and personalisation of items. Please don't hesitate to contact us for more information.

We welcome wholesale inquiries, please contact us for terms.

Our Shipping containers are usually re-used, we try to be 'green'.
If an item comes with a 'Gift Box', then that is new and not recycled.

Damage

If your parcel arrives damaged you must register a claim with your delivery service, and then contact us. We insure all our parcels, but will need documentation.
