There are 13 figures with the taller at 3" high. Set includes Mary, Joseph, 3 shepherds (each one different), 3 'Kings' or 'Wisemen" (each different) , two sheep, a donkey, and stable.
There are 2 creches/mangers, one without the baby figure for before Christmas Day, and one with the figure for Christmas Day and after.
All the figures and the box are varnished with satin urethane.
